BACOLOD CITY–Moises Padilla Mayor Ella Garcia-Yulo confirmed that she tested positive for coronavirus along with her husband and daughter.
In a statement, the mayor said she underwent RT-PCR testing on Wednesday and got the result yesterday morning.
