BACOLOD CITY–Two large companies in Negros Occidental have launched their vaccination programs for their employees.

Victorias Milling Company (VMC) started its COVID-19 inoculation program for its workers, service providers, family, and household members at the mill site on Wednesday.

VMC thanked their partners, the Lucio Tan Group and Zuellig Pharma, for facilitating the procurement of AstraZeneca vaccines.

By the end of this week, over 2,000 members of the VMC community will have been inoculated, Anne Tiongco, VMC corporate communications head, said.

The company is expected to vaccinate everyone at the mill, including third-party contractors by this week.
